• Usage and device data collected automatically, such as log data, browser type, and general interaction with the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending invitations and tracking RSVPs.
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• Send transactional messages such as invitation deliveries, reminders, and password resets.

• Prevent fraud, abuse, and other harmful activity, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Service: with guests you choose to invite (they receive the event details you send), and with service providers who process data on our behalf — such as hosting, authentication, and email or text message delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

4. Guest information and your responsibilities

When you add guests, you are responsible for having the appropriate permission to share their contact details with us for the purpose of sending them an invitation. Guests can decline to respond, and hosts control whether a public guest list is shown on the RSVP page.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and event information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain information.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update most account information directly in the Service, or contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
