These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Invitely's website and services for creating, sending, and managing event invitations and RSVPs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or send through the Service, including event details, images, and guest lists ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service, such as delivering invitations and displaying RSVP pages.
You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use it and to contact the guests you add.
When you send invitations or reminders, you confirm that you have an appropriate relationship with, or permission from, the recipients. You are solely responsible for your communications with guests. We may set reasonable limits on message volume to protect the Service and its users.
Some features require a paid plan. Prices and plan details are described on our pricing page and may change over time. Fees are charged as described at the point of purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
The Service, including its software, design, templates, and branding, is owned by Invitely and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for Your Content, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm or legal liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invitely will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
